Sending Your Samples
Samples may be shipped through USPS, FedEx or UPS.
If you're local to TLT, dropoff is also accepted. There is a dropbox located at 507 Gordonsville Hwy, Gordonsville, TN, 38563. Please send us an email if you plan to drop samples on the weekend.

Please note: We cannot process samples without the information needed to identify the animals, requested tests and sample owner.
How To Pack Samples

Bundle tubes in groups of 2-10 using rubber band.

Wrap each bundle in enough newspaper or paper towels to absorb the liquid if a tube leaks or breaks.

Place the wrapped tubes inside a sealed, leakproof plastic bag. Write"Biohazard" on the outside of the bag.

Cushion the bag with bubble wrap or additional absorbent paper.

Place everything inside a sturdy cardboard box. Note: Plain or padded envelopes are not enough protection for blood samples.

Write "Exempt Animal Specimen" on outside of box.

Include Submission Form and payment in sample box.
